In order to argue that disparate impact indicates racism,
you’d have to try to make the argument that
90 yr old Asian women
commit crimes at the same rate as
19-25 yr old black men.
This is an observation. Go to any black area in the country , go to any area run by blacks and there is a problem in the community.
Is that racist? Well if observing and stating a fact instead of having your head where the sun does not shine then no it does not.

A man died Tuesday evening after being shot by police Monday in southwest suburban Joliet, authorities said.
Shaquille Barrow, 20, of Joliet, was shot in a police-involved incident sometime Monday, according to the Will County coroner’s office.
