FASCIST STATE: Facebook Shuts Down Page Of Black 6th Grader Who Made Viral Video Questioning Obama’s Patriotism

Excerpted from The Examiner: On Friday, C.J. Pearson, a 12-year-old conservative from Georgia who posted a viral video supporting Rudy Giuliani, discovered that his personal Facebook page was locked. In an exclusive interview with Examiner.com on Saturday, Pearson said he received a message from someone about 6 a.m. Friday. That’s when he learned his account and page had been locked for “suspicious activity.” He jumped through all of Facebook’s hoops, but wasn’t able to recover his account. So he created a new profile to take its place. His public page was not affected, he said, however, he can no longer administer the page. Fortunately, he said, a friend is helping post links to that page.

It's true, I just checked it. His FB page is gone but he put up another just now which no doubt will be taken down. Here's a post from his new page:

"I am having my Editor, Alan Davidson post on my behalf on this page while Facebook continues to lock me out. The 1st amendment is obviously not a big concern to the powers at be at Facebook, but we will continue to fight back!"

The excuse I heard for taking down the page is that he is under age. Presumably, you have to be a certain age — 18? — to have a Facebook page. But seems to me there are plenty of Facebook pages by young kids. Maybe the pages were set up with the consent of parents or guardians, but I doubt it.

I think I still have a Facebook page out there somewhere, but I don't use it. One less Big Brother intrusion into my life.

There is a ton of kids under 13 who have them, my relatives kids have them and they are 13 and under that they use to say hi to their friends and they never had any issue. It seems FB picks and chooses who to ban.

they lied about their age when they created the page. You have to input your birthday when you create your page. I’m 46 so it’s not an issue. The daughter of a former classmate has a page and lied about her age.

It’s stated policy that anyone under 13 years old can’t have an account. If someone reports the person, the account can be put on hold until proof is given (like a birth certificate) that the person is over 13.

Yes, FB can be very arbitrary in who it bans.

But this is a pretty cut/dried violation of their rules, and the kid’s age has been well publicized so there’s no doubt that he’s underage.

Which is a shame, but still it’s their site so their rules do apply.

Then time to do a viral storm to report all 13 and less YOs and make sure their accounts are shut down.

Agreed, I’ve made similar cases before.

There’s no doubt that the Left organizes mass complaints to stiffle dissenting opinion on FB and elsewhere. Which is made easier because the sites’ software is designed to automatically trigger a lockdown when a certain number of complaints have been submitted.

Yeah the whole age excuse is BS..I follow this young actor on facebook who played on the soap opera I used to watch, he is 11 years old..it was set up by his parents but he posts to it whenever something comes up that he wants to get out there
