The Bethlehem-based news agency Ma’an has cited a Kuwaiti newspaper report Saturday, that US President Barack Obama thwarted an Israeli military attack against Iran's nuclear facilities in 2014 by threatening to shoot down Israeli jets before they could reach their targets in Iran.
Following Obama's threat, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was reportedly forced to abort the planned Iran attack.
According to Al-Jarida, the Netanyahu government took the decision to strike Iran some time in 2014 soon after Israel had discovered the United States and Iran had been involved in secret talks over Iran’s nuclear program and were about to sign an agreement in that regard behind Israel's back.
The report claimed that an unnamed Israeli minister who has good ties with the US administration revealed the attack plan to Secretary of State John Kerry, and that Obama then threatened to shoot down the Israeli jets before they could reach their targets in Iran.

I am inclined to agree with you. But...that doesn't mean he and his handlers don't believe they could pull it off.
IMO, the problem we have here is that we (being more or less rational people) try, in the case of Obee and crowd, to find rational thinking in irrational behavior.
Would Obama have told the US Air force that they were IAF or Iranian planes ?
Keep in mind that in his famous portion of "Dreams from my Father," the Muslims didn't say how awful Muslim terrorist attacks were, but, instead, whined about how they are being picked upon (you know the portion I mean). Barack Hussein Obama said the Arab call to prayer at sunset was the prettiest sound on earth. Not to mention his freudian slip about my Muslim faith.
Obama is a $hit-head. The Israel pilots are some of the best. And their equipment is outstanding. Never happen unless he wants total chaos, which maybe he does.

I’m not entirely sure that hasn’t been Carter’s objective also. He’s never backed down on his criticism of Israel and I don’t remember him ever speaking positive of the country. I don’t think there is any difference between the two when it comes to Israel.
I think Israel could hold its own on such a task undertaken by obozo and it would be great to see the fallout on the WH if such a mission took place. The administration wouldn’t survive it.
I would imagine there would be a lot of malfunctions of aircraft and weapons sent out on this mission.
Israel can survive without America supporting her..never in my life have I seen a US President be so blatant in his hatred for Israel..and Jews in this country still continue to overwhelmingly vote Democrat..Democrat after Democrat, even the Jewish ones, come out and trash Israel, and Jews in this country still support them

They were all socialists but Obama couldn’t take them even then. Obama’s views are the same as his long time advisor, Jeremiah Wright.
