I just re-joined FR and I would like to post to my local NC state board but I am not able to. How do I get the ability to do that?

I ran 3 more miles this morning.

Saturday I’m supposed to run 4.

When I get to the longer lengths I think I’m going to go run in Spanish Harlem. I should do better if I’m being chased.

Everything on cars is so complex now. Makes you miss the old cars that didn’t have computers in them. Pre-90s?

I once had a 69 Dodge Dart that my parents bought and let me take to college.

Stupid car wouldn’t start when I needed it to get to my Physics final. I called a traveling repair man who got it running, but it died just as I got to campus so I coasted to a parking space and ran to the final.

The car cost $50 to tow across a street to a garage and $25 to fix.

Of course, that was in 1977 dollars, but still...

That engine was just too simple to be expensive.

I have to buy a wiper blades for the truck, but it will have to wait till June’s payday, as I need what I have for groceries.

And the monsoons are coming; these blades have been on the truck for two years, so it’s time for them to be replaced. One has a tear at the bottom and the other doesn’t wipe clean. Desert air to blame for both.

I’m out of coffee...my first impulse is to drive to 7-11 for a Starbucks, but I don’t want to spend my money on them.

Last night, as I was sleeping soundly for the first time in probably a month, I got a text from my daughter. She wants to take me to Marie Callender’s on Sunday. Since both our birthdays are next week, we will celebrate on Mother’s Day.
I was surprised!

Yes. Christmas is exactly the same as Halloween.

That looks like one of the pensive expressions I used to see on the Late Great PV.

My daughter would argue that point. To her, Halloween is the BEST holiday!

31 base 8 (Oct) is the same as 25 base 10 (Dec)

My first car was my mom’s 76 Pontiac Ventura. I loved that car.

I’m so glad your daughter is taking you out for Mother’s Day.

Happy early Birthday.

I usually see her twice a year: Mother’s Day and Christmas. Unless she’s found a reason to be mad at me again. That can last as long as six years.

Thanks for the early birthday wishes, but it’s still over a week away.

In my preview everything now looks good, I have no idea how long it will take Amazon to implement the changes though. Maybe another 12 hours, lol.

Their royalty system STINKS, you pretty much are forced to make everything at least $2.99 if you want to make anything off of it.

I just found it on amazon. Looks good.

Is it for sale yet?

Wait until they upload the improved formatting. It might take a day.
