I just re-joined FR and I would like to post to my local NC state board but I am not able to. How do I get the ability to do that?

Hahahaha! My license plate didn’t have the correct year (yellow) and month (05) sticker on the rear plate. But I think one of my less stellar neighbors ratted me out to the office, not knowing that I was only waiting for the sticker to come by mail.
Because of her, I had to waste a morning and go over the same ground three times for as many people, one of whom was on the phone from Carson City. Their computers suck.

In view of her history of abuse and being captive in a cage for so long (enduring the night-time cleaning crew, which she couldn’t escape from) I want to make sure that I don’t add to her trauma.
She will do fine, I’m sure, but I’m also sure that I don’t want to add to her stress. So I’m going to err on the side of caution.

Thanks! I just want to make sure she isn’t harmed by anything I do. What she had to endure before I rescued her, I have no idea, but having studied the results of abuse on cats and dogs, I have an idea that her abuse was constant and indiscriminate. She deserves the best that I can give her.
