I have to buy a wiper blades for the truck, but it will have to wait till June’s payday, as I need what I have for groceries.
And the monsoons are coming; these blades have been on the truck for two years, so it’s time for them to be replaced. One has a tear at the bottom and the other doesn’t wipe clean. Desert air to blame for both.
I’m out of coffee...my first impulse is to drive to 7-11 for a Starbucks, but I don’t want to spend my money on them.
Last night, as I was sleeping soundly for the first time in probably a month, I got a text from my daughter. She wants to take me to Marie Callender’s on Sunday. Since both our birthdays are next week, we will celebrate on Mother’s Day.
I was surprised!
I’m so glad your daughter is taking you out for Mother’s Day.
Happy early Birthday.
Since every vehicle needs wiper blades, but in your climate they don't "need" them often, someone in your community or vicinity should be marketing durable, removable covers for the wiper blades, which protect them from the climate, but can be easily removed and stored in the vehicle when the wiper blades "need" to be used.
And then put back on when the storm has passed.
It's like those little caps on the valve-stems of your tires. No one really needs them, but almost everyone has them.
If you had them, and no one stole them, your wiper blades would last a lot longer.
It could be a good marketing ploy. "Joe's Pizza -- 555-555-5555"
Conceivably, you could get the covers for free.
