Belchek has a losing record with the Patriots when Tom Brady doesn’t play. He not only failed in Cleveland - he has the worst winning percentage of any Browns coach who lasted more than two years. He had five. Forrest Gregg has a lower winning percentage but we got tired of him after two years. Plus, he took over a Browns organization that had been in the playoffs and the AFC finals for a number of years leading to his hiring. He then put together the worst winning percentage of a Browns head coach over a five year period which resulted in the team moving to Baltimore and winning Super Bowls. No one in Cleveland will ever be a Bill Belichek fan

"No one in Cleveland will ever be a Bill Belichek fan..."

No one in America could care less what a "Browns" fan thinks. I'm just waiting for the NAACP to insist that they change that "racist" name.

LMAO!!!!!

Cute stat. Now understand it.

Extremely few first year coaches make .500, especially when the previous coach is fired for the teams poor performance. That’s part of why they call them “rebuilding years”, and they are usually to year 3 before they get back to the level of going to the playoffs.

The Browns were 3-13 the year before Belichick was hired. They were 11-5 in 1994. In 1995, the team started off well, then collapsed under the move rumors and then announcement.

The Patriots went 11-5 during the Season played with back up Quarterback Cassel after Brady was injured in the first game of that year.

They missed the Playoffs because of a tiebreaker.

It must be convenient to have your own reality and facts.
