After answering a brief survey of 3 questions I was asked an open ended question of what the Republican leaders should do. All I said was that the Republicans need to get new leaders who will stand up to Obama and it appeared to me that Speaker Boehner was a drunk. Click.

Who answers their land lines anymore, unless it’s from a number they know? We sure as hell don’t. Anyone that I want to actually speak to calls on my cell phone. (most of the time I don’t answer that either lol)

The land line ringing in our house is like a background noise. When it rings, I don’t believe anyone really notices. We wouldn’t have it if not for Internet.

Not surprisingly, those who conduct such polls anticipate that the people they call are naive. But what they do not suspect is someone who sounds utterly ignorant.

They hang up on knowledgeable conservatives so they can declare it a "lost" communication, thereby skewing their statistics along the pre-desired curve. Once they've reached a low-information Republican, they complete the survey, confident in the knowledge they'll get the responses they need.
