Why would anyone even vaguely conservative want to be identified with “Boston” in any way?

Remember when the phrase ‘Banned in Boston’ was a selling point for naughty books and movies because Boston was sooooooo conservative?...............

This song is only known for the long instrumental intro - I would be a dollar to a donut the intro part of the song got Walker to the podium long before the awful lyrics and awful vocals kicked in - thus there is no observable tie to Boston in that part of the song.

Great instrumentals - awful vocals.
