New Orleans passed a far-reaching smoking ban on Thursday that prohibits lighting up in bars, casinos, private clubseven in the car while waiting in line at a drive-thru.
Claiming there is no constitutional right to smoke, the New Orleans City Council unanimously voted to outlaw smoking and electronic cigarettes in indoor and outdoor public places.

We won’t be going to New Orleans - it’s now off our “official” personal list. We go to Bossier City, LA, to the casinos there - just went there last week and spent the night. If they make that ruling there, they will also be off our list.
You have my deepest sympathy.
Packing fudge, which is much more harmful to health than smoking, will still be OK.
