Thank you for the updates.
Psalm 121
1 I lift up my eyes to the hills.
From whence does my help come?
2 My help comes from the Lord,
who made heaven and earth.
3 He will not let your foot be moved,
he who keeps you will not slumber.
4 Behold, he who keeps Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord is your keeper;
the Lord is your shade
on your right hand.
6 The sun shall not smite you by day,
nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord will keep you from all evil;
he will keep your life.
8 The Lord will keep
your going out and your coming in
from this time forth and for evermore.
More prayers for your beloved wife.

UPDATE
Breathing tube out and she is breathing on her own! Not supposed to speak just yet, but she is forming words with her lips and whispering a little. Called for pen and paper and wrote a wisecrack. Cannot drink until tomorrow to give throat muscle time to strengthen.
So, she gets her mouth moistened with a little sponge on a stick, and she wrote “Avast me swabbies!”
She has been getting dialysis. The doctors tell me there is a good expectation that her kidney function can be restored. She still has a stone that has to be dealt with. But, today is a good day after two weeks and a day on a pretty rough road.
Praise to you Lord Jesus Christ.
Thanks so much for the update, don-o. It’s sounding better and better.
Thanks for the update prayers continuing.
Still praying for Mrs. Don-o.
(And, St. Blaise, pray for us.)
**Praise to you Lord Jesus Christ.**
Amen to that prayer!
That’s very exciting! I hope she enjoys her drink tomorrow. I’ll be on the treadmill, offering up the suffering.
So good to hear!
Blessed be God :)
Thank you so much for this update!
Our good Lord is answering our faithful prayers.
God bless and keep beautiful Mrs. Don-o and her precious family.
Hoping Mrs. Don-o had a much better day yesterday!
How are things going now. Knowing Mrs. Don-o I bet she wants to be up and walking around.
Another day to offer my prayers on the (***) elliptical trainer. I’m going to be so thin I’ll have to stand twice in the same place to make a shadow! And it’s not even Lent yet!
Gloria al Padre Eterno
Gloria al Hijo Redentor
Gloria al Espiritu
Que nos une en el amor!
Ven, Senor, Maranatha! Amen, Alleluia!
Ven, Senor, Maranatha! Amen, Alleluia!
Prayers continue.
UPDATE
She sang with me this morning! Song was “Oh Happy Day” in a call and repeat style. She is slowly gaining strength and is noticeably more alert.
Here is her first post to the thread and I quote:
“God bless you all.”
