Lovely Amy...I love that quote!
So cute, trish!
Oops....I think my allergies have me in a time warp! So glad your visits were good ones.
I remember when you were having a time with your allergies, last month. The worst are these coughing spells. They seem to happen whenever I attempt to talk on the phone.
Maybe I will paint the half-bath next. The closet looks awesome but no one can see it! Not even one dust bunny in there yet!
Happy Thankful Thursday to ALL!
Good grief....til May? THAT would be crazy. Wish I could send some sunshine your way. Meanwhile, keep the wool socks and quilts handy. Thank goodness for that warm fire you have. Stay warm!
Hi! I enjoyed your post of the dog popping into the window to say HI!
Cheers
Hi there! I am chiming in to say that Globull Warming gave us a high around 10 degrees today, and a low around -8 last night.
On the bright side,,,it was sunny today!
Still a much better winter than last year. That will be a winter that all winters are measured by. We had so many days below zero, even 20 below, we all lost count.
Talking triggers coughing in me. There are cedars in our woods all through my neighborhood...I can’t escape...LOL
Glad the sun made an appearance, today. 10º is just too cold...I cannot even imagine -20º. Stay safe...and by the fire.
That is cold! Even my liberal brother in law is telling us that we are entering a mini ice age!
We had the windows open, because the weather was so gorgeous and we just finished a bit of remodeling/painting. We were airing everything out....and the pollen came right on in and attacked me :-/
I was reading an article (on allergies — Yay!), last night, that said you should also bathe your dogs, as the pollen sticks to them. I hadn’t even thought about that. My two little pollen collectors were there with us, so they both got baths, today.
Thanks, Jane!
We have had gorgeous days...perfect for airing out fresh paint indeed. It’s chilly here today..warmed up to 56.
My kitties are indoor cats...I’d hate to think of trying to bathe a cat...though some breeds don’t seem to mind so much.
Go for it!
When I painted the other day, I was surprised and glad that neither the little bit of Kilz I used, or the paint for the closet area bothered me at all. I never painted in the winter before. It was a test run to see if I could paint the larger interior areas without making us all ill from fumes or even just paint smells. I am The Canary In The Coal Mine, and even I didn’t feel ill from the paint. My newly painted coat and boot closet never looked better. Like I said, too bad no one sees how pretty it turned out! LOL.
Oh trish...I see the weather reports and pictures and pray for some relief soon..What a winter you’ve had.
Thanks for the encouragement!
I have a lot of square footage to paint.
I’ve never tried painting THAT much. Good luck.
Beautiful!
Happy Thankful Thursday!
((((HUGS))))
SO True!

I love Goldens! :-)
