I would dump Gruden, if he can’t teach, coach and motivate such a talent as RG-3, he proves himself unable to do his job. I am a Seattle fan, and love RW, but would rather have an unproven talent like him on my roster, than anybody but Luck or Russell Wilson.

Gruden was a QB and has some pretty good success getting them to perform. I’d like to think he can help develop RGIII, if anyone can. Although not a Redskins fan, I am rooting for RGIII to get it together. hes young and has time on his hands at this point.

No, they need to dump Snyder, hands down the worst owner in football history.

I watched the 49er-Redskin game Sunday and was shocked at how terribly RG3 performed. He had zero movement in the pocket. His inability to read the 49er’s defenses lead to him getting brutally sacked throughout the game. His inability to audible in response to what the defense was doing leads me to believe he isn’t spending the time learning what’s necessary to be an NFL QB.

It’s not just about teaching and motivating. When you mortgage your future for a player you also mortgage that player’s future. Those multiple draft picks they gave away could have shored up the offensive line, given him some talent to throw to and improved the defense. It’s Gruden’s fault, he took charge of a bad team that’s going to stay bad until their owner stops being obsessed with big names and starts actually wanting to build a team.

I believe it is a matter of RGIII’s work ethic. I never dreamed that would be a problem for him, but apparently it is. RGIII is not willing to put in the footwork to take his play to the next level.
