There have been actors that have made people laugh since the days of Charlie Chaplin. We all have our favorites whether it's John Candy is or Robin Williams. Who do you think are the three funniest actors of all time?
1. Jack Benny
2. Bob Hope
3. Cary Grant or Stan Laurel
Forgot the rest.
I found it...don’t know who he is. It’s not POW POW POW it’s BAM BAM BAM that he shouts

ditto. In his forty year career I never laughed at one William's joke or bit. Yet I've seen him act in some serious roles and do an excellent job.
Henny Youngman,....I went to my doctor. I told him, Doc, Doc,... it hurts when I do this. ..He said, Don’t do that!
I was watching one of Buster Keaton’s cheapo 1930s ‘talkie’ short-subjects, made for low-budget Educational Pictures about a year ago, and even though the shorts are usually derided as Keaton at his weakest, a sight gag in one of them gave me one of the biggest laughs I’d had in ages.
He played a gas-station attendent out in a dusty desert, and a woman drives up to the station, her auto covered in desert sand/dust. Keaton is using a rag to knock the dust off the car and windshield, and then goofily continues on to actually dusting the woman in the driver’s seat as well. He stops and curiously twists the end of his little rag (making you wonder what he’s up to) into a point. And then he directs it towards the woman’s ear, as if to wipe the dust from it. She naturally slaps his hand away, annoyed at his ridiculous affrontery.
Just marvelous, totally visual humor. A weird little visual gag that seems to just come out of the blue.
Jonathon Winters, Carol Burnett, Mel Blanc
John Cleese, the silly walk. Any Monty Python sketch with Cleese, Idle, Palin.
Buster Keaton
Charlie Chaplin
Harold Lloyd
As Guy Caballero? I used to wreck every weekend by staying up very late on Fri nights to watch SCTV.
Ernie Kovacs :)
Chubsy Ubsey and the whole Little Rascals gang!
That whole SCTV crew was great: Eugene Levy, Harold Ramis, Catherine O’hara (Not Guilty I might add), Dave Thomas, Rick Moranis, John Candy, etc.
“Harold! You're getting dangerously close to quaint — And You know how I feel about QUAINT!”
Keep your stick on the ice.
“If the ladies don’t find ya handsome, at least they’ll find ya handy!”
