There have been actors that have made people laugh since the days of Charlie Chaplin. We all have our favorites whether it's John Candy is or Robin Williams. Who do you think are the three funniest actors of all time?
Got my parents a tape of the show some time ago. I agree the quality could be better. But, it suffices!
“Ve’ll let you know” *gunshot*
lol
Works for me either way
Sometimes I'll Youtube some of "The Family" skits with Eunice and Mama and the rest.
I loved it when they'd crack each other up. Later I learned that the actors would sometimes intentionally go off script to try to get the others to break character and laugh on stage.
I dunno. sounds like a hoot though
Archie Leach was actually great at it. ;-)
Problem is he was too much the hearthrob to be recognized for comedy overall.
“Well, it was a few scenes from Borat that had me splitting a gut. “
I am ashamed to say that I found this film to be hilarious. But I really, really felt sorry for the Kazakhs afterward. It would have been 100% as funny has he just made up a -”stan”.

"Barney...Barney...Barney...Was your Mother from Kilarney"
Great stuff from the Boys at the "Old 1...2"
Peter Sellers, Gene Wilder, Jackie Gleason.
Brings to mind Christopher Lloyd.
Great goofball, and so good at writing it, too.
Have you ever seen his work in “the party”? Almost completely physical gags and drop on the floor crying funny.

Brilliant!
The first third of “Borat” may have been the funniest thing I have ever seen. Unfortunately it declined after that. Instead of being funny it devolved into mean spirit and sort of disgusting.
Moe, Larry, and Curley, the best. Rodney Dangerfield is up there. I do have a special place however for Joe Pesci in the Lethal Weapon movies and especially My Cousin Vinny.
Robert Wuhl as ‘Newbomb Turk’ in Hollywood Knights.
Not the whole movie, but I have seen a few bits.
I just cannot see how Ernie got away with “Percy Dovetonsils” back in the early ‘60s. I woulda thought the censors would shut him down, but no he got it through.
