My wife had a terrible gastric attack today. She went to the ER and the attending physician said that her small intestine wall should be 1/8" is more than an inch thick!
I know I am not the most popular guy on this board and I have made many very unhappy.
But for this moment, can you please put aside that and pray for my wife? I 100% assure you that everyone who ever met her made it clear I married up and even my family loves her more than I. With good reason/
She is the sort of person that embraces every new person as a new friend and it takes all of 1/10th of a second to be lifelong friends.
A small prayer would be greatly appreciated.
Prayers lifted....
Thanks for the ping, Darksheare.
Your wife will be in my prayers, FD.
You never offended me. At least not that I can remember. :-)
May God help your wife pass through this crisis with flying colors!
Just saw this. Of course I will keep Mrs. FD in my prayers. God bless. Keep us updated please.
FD2003...I’m praying hard for recovery and for her comfort...and yours...and for the doctors to have HIS guidance! Please...give us an update as soon as you are able, taking care of yourself and her first...of course!
Prayer’s up for you wife, you and yours. I know sometimes I hold come contrarian views do to me being a libertarian but there are times we all have to pitch in to help.
Thanks FRiend.
I can’t possibly answer all the posts on this thread — I hope this covers it foe everyone.
My employer arranged for me to get home today. The doctors have been making my wife empty everything out of her system — my poor wife is now hungry and thirsty.
Tomorrow AM they will be doing the procedure to remove a mass they saw on the X-Ray and MRI.
I have given her a brave face but between you, me, the tree and all my FRiends I am going more than a little nutso with worry.
Notwithstanding, I thank you all so much! I feel your prayers and kind wishes and it helps a lot!
God bless you one and all!
Prayers said!
(((((Sending Heartfelt Prayers)))))
Prayers up and continuing for your lovely wife.
Nothing is impossible with God!
Praying & petitioning Him ........to remove the mass, or clearly show it is benign.
My husband & I spent all of yesterday at Mayo Clinic.....(to await an outcome) .and today we are rejoicing and thanking God!

She is in surgery now. They said it will be about 3 hours.
The longest 3 hours ever.
God Bless you all!
Prayers up!
(((((Hugs)))))I know you are holding your breath.I’m going to get a lot of people praying right now.
We are with you in prayerful requests for the heavenly support of your beloved wife.
Thanks again!
She is out of surgery. The Dr. says she did very well — it was a lymphoma but he thinks there will not be much needed afterwards (maybe some chemo or radiation).
We won’t know much more for a few days until they can identify the type of cells.
God bless all of you for your prayers. It makes a big difference!
Wow,Thank God.I am so glad you made it there in time.:)((((Hugs))))
Glad you got home and glad your wife did well; I will continue to keep you both in my prayers (and as I am having abdominal surgery next week, please pray for me too)!
