Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital has admitted that mistakes were made in the treatment of the first Ebola patient in the U.S., Thomas Duncan, and his family members have been very critical of the hospital since his death.
Some family members and friends went to Presbyterian to stage a silent protest Thursday night.
The silent protest boiled over into strong emotions, with some speaking out about their feelings.

Even Al Sharpton (if not already coaching them) would tell them to ‘walk that “Angry Sh#t back a little bit, until after you make the morning talk show rounds with your Laywers, talk about yo’ heritage, and produce a few ‘good teary cries” for the camera-crews.
Send ‘em a bill for about $100,000,000. That’s probably what this fiasco caused by this liar cost us.
The human toll was, of course, far, far worse with two nurses still hospitalized and living in terror of the unknown. And over 100 caregivers are stuck in quarantine.
And yes, the blame is on none other than Thomas Eric Duncan as well as his enabler, hussein. To think his family and friends are protesting is unconscionable. My tolerance is gone. And I'll not say anything else but you can imagine what I'd say if I didn't have so much respect for Jim's forum.
Not going to find much sympathy folks...Your family member knew full well he was sick and he endangered the lives of thousands by coming over here.
I’m digging my heals in here. Duncan brought a biological weapon of mass destruction here with the possibility of familial enabling. They should be dealt with as any mass murderers.
Did anyone in that apartment have a job? Were they living off the system? Did Thomas Eric Duncan come here to live off the taxpayers too?
Well said! In a just world, the name Thomas Eric Duncan would forever be uttered with the same seething hatred as that of Adolph Hitler, another advocate of wholesale murder and genocide.
One visit from Jesse Jackass and the turn into moneygrubbing bums. Jesse sure has the Midas touch.
It's highly doubtful. Listen to their speech patterns. They are not educated people. Their behavior at this protest reveals that they are of the parasite type. In short, applying Occam's Razor, it's clear that our tax dollars are paying for every breath taken by these subhumans.
I suspect that the family was quietly treated for Ebola. They were out of public sight for weeks. Unless they locked Duncan in his room, there is no way they did not contact that disease. When doctors in protective gear get it and we’re supposed to believe they didn’t get ebola? Not buying it.
I'd double that amount. And add in an additional $50,000 for the loss of Nina Phan's beloved dog Bentley and the suffering he faces. Yes, I place a far higher value on that poor little pup than I do on that arrogant, lying, agent-of-death Duncan _______.
$100,000? Counting all the peripheral damage this SOB has caused, I'd say the damage was 10's of Millions ($)

They are parasites. And I believe Duncan was coming here to get a free ride on the taxpayer’s backs too.
I'm not aware of your location but if you were within, say, 75 miles of obola ground zero in Dallas, the peripheral damage was indeed staggering and well into the hundreds of millions of dollars. Honestly, everyone in this whole region was walking on eggshells. The fear has diminished a bit but it's still palpable. Toyota is in the process of moving their corporate HQ and thousands of job to Texas. I heard that were reconsidering this relocation since employees were reluctant to move here. (I later heard this wasn't the case). But the psychological damage has been done. Imagine turning on the local TV news and every single night was story after story about the obola threat and its impact.
Thank you oh so much Thomas Eric Duncan and barack hussein obola.
One slimey lying African caused this. Geeez
I agree with your sentiments - really,
“but”
“The Great State Fair of Texas was nearly deserted...”
No. I was there on the last wknd and it was packed to the gills...
I wouldn’t be surprised if attendance was down, but it sure wasn’t deserted...
“Are they hoping for another Ferguson race baiting riot?”
This bunch should take a page from the Ferguson crowd and start selling t shirts and other collectibles ... it may help defray some unexpected legal bills.
Chill. The woman's daughter and her husband both have jobs in healthcare. They are not parasites or subhuman. The blame lies in the federal government letting the guy into this country and noone else.
