I think he struggles when he sees the extremes of violence his dad is sometimes pushed to...he may be afraid of becoming like that. But Rick does what he has to do to protect the group, and I think Carl will come to understand that, in time.
Lori, his mom, tried to coddle and baby him for a long time...the natural impulse of mothers, but it still annoyed the heck out of me (probably because I couldn’t stand her). I think Michonne is a better mother figure for Carl than Lori ever was.
I think last night’s full auto mode was more for the living than for the walkers. Hit the right spot and you take them out of the fight (and also provide a snack distraction for the walkers).

Too quiet. Even after being knocked on the head (unless that killed them) if the vic was still breathing there'd be a gurgling noise as the air bubbled and mixed with the exhalations and blood. Still, those killings were pretty graphic. I don't make a habit of watching stuff like that very often. Gives me nightmares.

When the termites were shooting at Rick's group after they tried to break out the first time during that yummy BBQ snack, I got the distinct impression they were shooting at the ground all around the group in an effort to herd them and make them surrender. Nobody could be that bad a shot unless it was deliberate. Especially from the rooftop perches.
Yep. Can't forget that either. At least they aren't firing revolvers continuously for five minutes.
Are you referring to the season finale of season 4? The Termites were totally herding them to train car “A”. They didn’t want to shoot them or injure them, because they wanted to save them in the train car for a later “meal”. Very deliberate.

They really did make Andrea into an irritating character. She was pretty, though. My husband thinks Maggie is the hottest chick...I do, too. She's gorgeous even without makeup.
