Breitbart Texas has learned a complaint was filed with Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, also known as CPS. The complaint was filed on Sunday morning by a concerned Dallas citizen who read about Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins going into the apartment where Ebola patient, Thomas Eric Duncan, lived while he was sick. He was in the apartment with four people who had been directly exposed by Duncan to the Ebola virus. Jenkins said, in a subsequent press conference he was going home to his wife and nine-year-old daughter after a subsequent press conference where he discussed being in the apartment again and driving the exposed family to their new home -- a forty-five minute drive. At no point did Jenkins appear to wear any protective clothing.
The concerned citizen reached out to Breitbart Texas in a phone interview and provided information about his complaint to CPS. He told Brietbart Texas he wanted to remain anonymous because he is a business owner and is concerned about retaliation. He said he felt Jenkins conduct was inappropriate and unnecessarily exposed his child to potential danger. I am doing this because I am concerned about the child, the complainant said, and I am concerned for the children in her school who might become exposed if the virus were to spread.

Stuck on stupid. Wouldn’t get past the front door if I was his wife.
This clown “judge” is a real moron. What’s his problem? Being a commie lib ‘RAT activist?
Stupidity abounds in the Judiciary.
Driving FORTY FIVE MINUTES IN AN ENCLOSED AIRSPACE with four potential victims...?????
Turbo Stupid.
Why is this grandstanding judge so directly involved in this?
Actually, I know why.
Stupidity and apathy of the public, trumps stupidity of the judiciary.
He needs to be forcibly quarantined.
I believe he’s actually the county executive. Texans just call them judges, for some reason. He can sign documents and legislation in his own blood or vomit in 21 days.
And now we know what one of the real goals of the real agenda will be.
That judge was on one of the Sunday programs justifying why he did that. He just wanted them to be treated like he would have wanted his own family treated.
I thought quarantine meant no one in or out without appropriate precautions.
So this judge slaps a court ordered quarantine on the family (deservedly so), leaves them trapped for some time in contaminated facilities, and then violates the quarantine order, then comes back and escorts them to the next facility at just about the right time for them to be become symptomatic.
How does he expect anyone to take quarantine seriously when he violates his own order?
If liberal activists are so prone to such compassionate gestures as to save West African illegal immigrants with Ebola in their didtricts, how about chartering a plane and flying them to Bethesda Naval Hospital in the DC Beltway? That’s where the care will be best!
Is he Amish?
His crime of stupidity is having believed the CDC about the relative threat of contagion associated with this disease. He believed the "experts in the field."
Legally he is on solid ground. Morally and rationally, he's an idiot.
Therefore he is a lawyer.
He went to the apartment looking for Ebola ,but couldn’t find her .Maybe he’ll pick her up later
I can’t remember exactly what the news reported yesterday, but they named several teams/groups that he was part of or in charge of such as disaster preparedness.
He’s the same guy that was working hard to get thousands of illegal kids sent to Dallas.
Clay Jenkins looks like the baby brother of those two Ugliest Men Ever Born back in the 40s. Jugears in overalls.
