I’m running very late today...I’m puny with allergies and have my days and nights upside down!

I’m sorry about your allergies Meg. Hope you can find a good med to help with that. I’ve never understood it but I have no trouble sleeping at night, and on a regular schedule. I’m thinking your back causes the problem.. :(

You’re right..The back started the upside down..Back is better but the allergies make it hard to get straight again.
I am at the beginning of the bad season with allergies...Meds help....but not when I first wake up..Very messy..LOL

I know you didn’t mention a cough but I always keep Nyquil on hand. It’s for colds and flu but it’s liquid and clears up any stuffiness or congestion fast and helps me sleep well. Seems to work better than an allergy pill.

Thank you so much, (((Dave))). I haven’t been to bed yet...trying to get my days and nights turned around right. It is easier to stay up and lose sleep than to go to sleep when I don’t need sleep.
