What You Need Right Now
Right now, before panic ensues, you need to ensure that you have everything you need to survive as though the world we know has ended. You need to be prepared to stay in your home for weeks, if not months. You need to be ready for a potential disruption of services.
Best case scenario: You get these supplies, the outbreak never occurs, and you can dole them out into your regular usage or stash them with your prepper stockpile while snickering at the crazy preppers.

Great.
Let me know if the baggie holds up with the alcohol. Was that a freezer bag?
I bought all I'll ever need at garage sales.
Nope. Regular baggie. I’ll let you know.
I've been at it a while too.
I threw away a lot of bleach before I discovered pool shock. My son (PhD physics) said that bleach loses about 50% strength in one years time. Hydrogen peroxide is even worse. I don't even bother with H2O2 anymore.
“No idea, but I cant figure out why the Feds do most of what they do, but we may now have a clue why they were stocking up bunkers and buying ammo now.”
Are you saying that the introduction of Ebola into the US was planned and deliberate?
“Don’t go to the first bathroom you see. Continue on and use a bathroom away from the debarkation area.”
Good thinking!
And I figure the dirtiest place in the bathroom is the handle on the inside of the door. The one you pull to open the door so you can leave.
I always use a paper towel to open that door.

Discussion on vinegar as a cleaner above. The bottom line, which matches other sources, is that soap and hot water are the best cleaners and should be used thoroughly before disinfecting. Afterward, vinegar is good, but bleach and other professional cleaning products are better (except for the smell).
I think iodine/povidone is topical. Iodine is as toxic as chlorine, when it’s not a compound. Taking KI or NaI won’t, I think, influence a virus.
Okay, I’ll take a stab at it. If the US guv has a patent on the relevant Ebola strains, private pharma can’t file for the same. And, whereas the guv would presumably make their strain available for vaccines without cost, the private sector could prospectively hold the world hostage to high-cost access.
I think the US has enough capability—especially with its 101st Airborne over there—to harvest virus samples without actually bringing patients over here themselves.
I take 20 drops of Lugols in a small glass of water once a day.
I’ve been doing that for 3 years now. It’s stopped some medical issues I had in their tracks.
You have to also take selenium, magnesium and assorted B vitamins as well just to keep your thyroid happy though.
It’s not povidone that I imbibe but lugols:
Get the book though, it gives a plan of action including what other stuff you need to take along with the iodine.
Is the 1 tsp. pool shock to 2 gal. water to make it safe to drink, or to use as a disinfectant?
disinfectant
You can also use this stock to disinfect water.

I have read the link. It is important for us, I think, that Ebola is not a new disease. It was first discovered in 1976. Ebola is just one of several hemorrhagic fevers.
Of course there can be changes in any of these viruses as they evolve in a pandemic such as the world is facing now as it is soon to be out of control.
Supplement as necessary to keep your immune system at peak performance. And have sufficient stores of vitamin C and colloidal silver at the ready.
“Spray everything with clorox.”
We prefer keeping gallons of 50% hydrogen peroxide on hand for this kind of thing. We dilute it as necessary for what we might be doing with it. Hydrogen peroxide is not poison to mammals. Bleach is. I have an aversion to chlorine disinfectants.
And btw, either hydrogen peroxide or bleach will kill both bacteria and viruses. And drops of hydrogen peroxide can be added to drinking water and used safely.
Saturated solution of potassium iodide (SSKI) will also make water safe to drink.
Criminal Negligence , especially when intentional .
Violation of oath of Office is impeachable
So also isn't Gross Negligence and Dereliction of Duty
But we already learned at Benghazi , that abandoning your post is races !!
We are off in the morning to buy another 5 gallons or so of 50% hydrogen peroxide. Good stuff. Disinfects everything.
