What You Need Right Now
Right now, before panic ensues, you need to ensure that you have everything you need to survive as though the world we know has ended. You need to be prepared to stay in your home for weeks, if not months. You need to be ready for a potential disruption of services.
Best case scenario: You get these supplies, the outbreak never occurs, and you can dole them out into your regular usage or stash them with your prepper stockpile while snickering at the crazy preppers.

Along with the feds stockpiling caskets and ordering bullet proof check stations. Maybe those new illegal alien centers weren’t built for illegals after all.
Keep an eye on his tee times. If he starts to become disinterested in golf you know it’s hit the fan.
Spray everything with clorox.

Where do you set your purse down? In the ladies room on the floor? On the sink? Do you sit it on the kitchen counter when you get home?
“Spray everything with clorox.”
Thanks. I already spray bleach water on my kitchen surfaces and wipe them down to kill the crud. Sounds like it might work as well on other things.
Even funnier is the fact that for those of us who can stay isolated from all other human contact for months can sit back and laugh at you alarmists no matter what comes to pass.
However, considering the asinine posts I’ve seen from you concerning Ebola over the last 2 months, I see that you really have a significant detachment from reality, but that’s just my opinion.
Regarding the headline - How is this confirmed, when the test results are not ready until Tues. Morning.
It’s still a good idea to prepare of course, though I am not optomistic about survival in the home, if someone has it and for some reason can’t get to the hospital.
Self quarantine in place for months has better odds, so I’d say prep for that first and foremost, if you have limited resources.
I will meantion that I saw a pandemic flu kit on Amazon for around 25 bucks for a family of four, and with the current virus spreading and flu season coming up, that’s not a bad thing to have on hand for sure. It has the N95 masks, nitrile gloves and lots of other stuff.
UH uh, no siree! I don’ need none a that eebohlah happy crappy, no suh!
You know what they say about opinions and you just proved it right.
Never mind the question on the headline. I was thinking that we had to wait 3 days I’ve been up for 40 hours, and was hoping to get some sleep so my brain would work. Now I’ll probably be awake all night too.
They appear to be on this thread.
The patent has to do with the genetic mapping. It’s like owning the copyright on a road map. A pharma company would license their map in order to develop the “cure” or treatment. It insures they get access to the cure.
It is not to produce copies of the virus.
They had a press conference about it.
True to form and completely predictable!
Ya’ll need to do some reading on this disease.
I recall one story from Preston’s book where one isolation room was so horribly covered with waste that they simply closed it down. Locked the door and literally did not open it again for months.
It takes 5 viral particles to infect you.
Clorox wipes are great for the flu. And you should use them.
But go an educate yourself about how this thing works. It will take an afternoon. Save yourself from all of the crap that is going to be written soon.
Be prepared. But be educated.
Glad you approve, because I sure wouldn’t want to disappoint one of my most devoted of FRiends. Thanks for all your support. It is knowing that I am helping people that keep me going.

Second string Frosh in my opinion.
