Airlines like Air New Zelanad and RyanAir have come under fire for their less-than-family friendly promotions, but the Vietnamese low-cost carrier, VietJetAir, is facing backlash over racy publicity photos that weren't part of an official ad campaign.
Ngoc Trinh, a Vietnamese lingerie model, recently posted pictures of herself along with other women wearing skimpy bikinis in the VietJetAirs colors to her Facebook page, according to the Daily Mail.
They were allegedly captioned: Just finished shooting promo photos for VietJet Air for 12 hours nonstop from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Bikinis are controversial with whom, mullahs? What laws are they breaking? The feminist orthodoxy is getting completely out of hand. If this airline wants to put their flight attendants in bikinis, they’re entitled to do so.

They beat the cast of the short lived Flying High stewardesses.

Bikinis are controversial with whom, mullahs?
1960s: the skies are filled with hot stewardesses in attractive outfits.
1970s: Homely feminists decide hotness is bad and demand all women abandon it, including stewardesses. Especially stewardesses.
1980s: Feminists further demand that the very concept of a happy stewardess who is cheerful and helpful is demeaning. Henceforth they are to be referred to as flight attendants and passengers are to apologize for disturbing their important work with requests for a cup of water.
1990s - 2014: The plan comes to full fruition. The skies are now filled with middle aged female flight attendants in frumpy pants suits and gay men. Mission accomplished, homely feminists can now fly without being exposed to unnecessary and disturbing images of hotness.

One fight on United, another on US Airlines about a year ago, and I’m still thinking of the stewardesses.
Wow!
