QBR of 53.9 for the game 87.3 for the year.
Epsecially when it's a marquee match-up of two of the bottom tier teams.
Exactly! Way to showcase the game, NFL...
Indeed.
But given that they cheer the damn kicks and punts more than anything else, does it really matter if they get good teams? It seems they maybe wouldn’t know the difference, they just aren’t into the sport.
But “Rog” somehow sees potential dollar signs, so that’s all that matters, and Seven’s poor Raiders lose a winnable home game.
When are the Brits gonna introduce us to Cricket? I can’t wait.
6pt teaser:
IND-1.5 and PIT-1.5 2units
“...they just arent into the sport.”
Exactly! It’s most likely the same reaction anyplace would get when the circus comes to town.
If the NFL is Hell-bent on international expansion, they should look at Mexico; makes much more logistical sense.
The Toronto Blue Jays come to mind.
The CFL would never allow it.
picks:
MIA
HOU
IND
BAL
NYJ
PIT
SD
PHI
MIN
NO
NE
forgot: CHI (tough one to pick)
Even I have agree with about the Raiders canucks are cool they don’t need my Cali Gangstra team and fans turn Canada into hellhole LOL!
Being SO CAL person you be surpise how many Raiders fans are this part of the US border and Mexico side LOL!
There’s two big things they want from international expansion: money, and the next generation of players. Mexico doesn’t have much of the former, and they’re already drawing players from down there. Europe has plenty of both, and the NBA has proven it’s a good market to tap into.
Jerry's Jones alma mater Arkansas [Sooie Pig!] vs. No. 6 Texas A&M at JerryWorld... BUT Jerry has no fun as my Aggies kick name and take pork--
My Old Cuz Larry has more money than Allah but his Burnt Orange Teasips don't have a prayer at Kansas--
My Old Pappy's Purple Horned Toads of TCU keep winning and my old law school alma mater keeps on being winless--
And lastly, No. 7 Baylor rolls over Iowa State--
Tell you one thing Jerry Jones got ripped new a***hole on this week South park also NFL commish LOL!
baseball interruption ping: (TIEBREAKERS USE HEAD TO HEAD)
updates will come frequently.
AMERICAN LEAGUE TIEBREAKERS
BALT over LAA
DET OVER KC
DET OVER OAK
KC OVER OAK
SEA OVER KC & OAK
SEA & OAK both over CLE
therefore, possible seeds are
Baltimore: clinched #1 or #2
LA Anaheims: #1 or #2
Central: clinched #3
if playoff needed on MONDAY: KC @ DET
the 3-way SEA-OAK-CLE tie would lead to CLE at OAK, Monday, winner host SEA, Tues.
or we could be looking at OAK at SEA on Monday, tiebreaker game.
KC magic # is 2 to clinch the #4 seed.
WILDCARD NEXT WEEK, if teams are tied, use tiebreaker above for homefield for the ONE game.
NATIONAL LEAGUE TIEBREAKERS
WASH over LAD over STL
STL over PITT, but not over SF
PITT over SF
therefore, possible seeds are
WASHINGTON: clinched #1
LA Dodgers: clinched #2
Central: clinched #3
if playoff needed on MONDAY: PITT @ STL
WILDCARD NEXT WEEK, if teams are tied, use tiebreaker above for homefield for the ONE game. SF can still get #4 seed and host STL or PITT.
So sucky from the jump were the Chi teams this year that I watched little baseball. Looking forward to the post-season though. I’ll post my predictions at the conclusion of the regular season.
I hope my Sox lose so the Royals can win the Central, damn those Tigers.
Crap, I missed the South Park premiere!
