Two people are in custody for the fatal shooting of a man during what Sandy Springs police said was the attempted theft of a video gaming system the victim was trying to sell on Craigslist.
The alleged shooter in the Friday night incident is a 16-year-old girl whose 16-month-old baby was only feet away at the time of the robbery and shooting, according to Sandy Springs police Sgt. Ron Momon. Daniel John Zeitz, 28, of Roswell, had listed a PS4 gaming system for sale on Craigslist, and about 9:30 p.m., went to the parking lot of an apartment on Treelodge Parkway to meet a potential buyer, Momon said.
Momon said the pair tried to rob Zeitz of the PS4, and Vivian, who was in the drivers seat of a car, struggled with Zeitz, who was standing outside the car, for the gaming system.
During the struggle, the girl fired a shot from a .25 caliber handgun, and the bullet passed through Vivians hand and struck Zeitz in the side of his chest, killing him.

Now that the EBT can be used for weed, no bank left over for video games I spot a trend. A racist trend at that.
I've tried to locate a three quarter ton High Top Van in there before. One seller really ticked me off. I was getting desperate for functional transportation for my wife. Seller had a 19 passenger bus with wheelchair lift. I called seller and said before I drive 100 miles I need to know a few things first. I asked very specific questions such as is it driveable as it sits now. Does the lift work? What is wrong if anything? Can I road test it first? Does the air conditioning work? I drove nearly 100 miles one way and when I got there the front door was laying in the yard, it had no brakes, it had no battery, with battery it would not turn over. It had been cannibalized and not moved in about two years it looked like. I came home and flagged it as fraudulent post. Every time it popped up I flagged it LOL.
Really a 14 year old. 16+9= 25 months.
Sick.
When I sell things, I meet at Walmart. Armed to the teeth of course...
I go to my credit union. I was selling a car for cash and went to my credit union and did the transaction in the lobby with the CU’s blessing. They even came out and helped us with the paperwork.
Smaller transactions? Still in the lobby of the credit union. Once in the lobby of our postoffice in front of the cameras.
Hard to borrow common sense, but sure, go ahead.
