My church has a place for people to make food shelf donations. Occasionally they ask for specifics if the food shelf has an acute need, things such as tooth paste and tooth brushes or occasional canned things.
I drop stuff in the containers from time to time. That would be done the day they suggest what to avoid. I would find it easy to avoid everything.
