Penetrating insight into the obvious. Wonder how much they spent on this study.

Meh, a collision with a super-duper asteroid could be bad too.
Or a really big solar flare.
Or space aleins looking for a new home that have to terra form our planet to suit their needs.

More Ash = more boomstick.
I fail to see the issue here.

They could have just watched any of the dozen Discovery Channel shows that already went over all this.
Did they manage to blame global warming at least, to make the study more important?

I saw a map a few years ago that placed Denver out on the edge of the death zone from a Yellowstone eruption.

Old news. This could happen tomorrow.
Or in 60000 years. Either way I will not sleep well tonight because the POSOTUS is a communist.
The Yellowstone supervolcano bothers me not.

“If Yellowstone erupted into a massive, ash-spewing volcano, how far might the plume travel across the continental United States? From coast to coast, blanketing every city in ash, according to an unsettling new study.”
What does Yellowstone volcanic ash have against cities?
What could it be about our cities that this Yellowstone volcanic ash will blanket while not covering the more wholesome rural areas of our country?

And there’s not a damned thing any of us can do about it.
Not even if we quit driving our cars, give up plastic bags and recycle.

Many things could end the world tomorrow. This is just one possibility. And it’s remote. So for now, I’ll go with the “Not this sh-t again!” meme.
