A multimillionaire CEO has been caught on newly-released surveillance video repeatedly kicking a puppy.
Des Hague was seen in an elevator in a Vancouver apartment building repeatedly booting the doberman pup in the stomach as it flinches against the wall.
He is the head of Centerplate, a $6 billion-dollar company which provides snacks at sports and entertainment arenas across the U.S., with more than 30,000 employees and clients including the Superdome in New Orleans, the Javits Center in New York City and college sports arenas like Notre Dame.
Centerplate released a statement on Tuesday which read: 'In no way do we condone the mistreatment of animals. This is a personal matter involving our CEO that we are currently investigating.'
The company said Mr Hague had agreed to attend counselling for anger management.
No criminal charges have been filed against him.

No criminal charges? Huh?
you can have millions and be a steaming POS.
Not to diminish the situation, but how does CCTV video from an apartment building make it to the Internet?
I’d also ask why it was put on the internet. Maybe the pup hasn’t been the only living thing kicked by him but not caught on tape? The article says he has anger management problem.
The question almost answers itself: Because "someone" wanted to put it on the Internet.
Simple commonsense will answer all of the subsequent questions ("Why would 'someone' want to put...?" "Because 'someone' had something to gain by putting..." etc.).

Ok Sherlock ;)
well, at least the dog didn’t fall out of the elevator unconscious...

Perhaps your dogs could teach the bully some manners?
Nope. He is a GOP donor.
I knew he would be when I went to fec.gov to check. If he were not, we would not be reading about what he did.
I would dearly love to give them the chance.
This terrified little puppy looks exactly like my beloved, tragic Halla.
I want this man utterly crushed and broken.

Do they ever mention how she is or if the pup has internal injuries?
Couldn’t care less what his politics are.
I want him crushed.
And a stinking liar.

I heard that he lied about the dog being a friends and in fact it was his which the SPCA took away from him. If so, it shows what a piece of crap this arrogant bastard is and that he has no real remorse except the lip service he is spouting to save his ruined career. And I doubt this is an isolated incident for people like this have no compassion or empathy. I sincerely hope he loses his job as I know I would not like a blatant sociopath as representative of my company.

You heard the truth Mr Tavis, the dog is his and they found him lying in a crate in his urine without food and water.. Investigators also said that the puppy demeanor tells them he has been abused for a long time!”
Mr. Burns?
SOB! I’d like to kick him in the belly one hundred times, though it’d be completely out of character for me to do so (which would make it okay by his own reasoning, so no one else should object if I did).
Signed this one.
I’ll not be watching the video however.
I’ve had my fill of sub-human savagery for the week.
Or month.
Or the rest of my life.
