James Foley was one of a new breed of activists calling themselves journalists. He didn’t travel to report on a story, but to promote an agenda. And the agenda was obvious from his Twitter feed.

Foley came to Syria to support the Sunni Islamist rebels against the Syrian government.
He cheered on the Sunni Muslim terrorists fighting to ethnically cleanse the Christians of Aleppo. In the conflict between Israel and Hamas, his tweets and retweets were chock full of pro-terrorist propaganda.

I’m sorry, this article is really offensive. The guy didn’t like the Assad regime. So what? His death just happened. Have a little tact.

The so called Syrian Rebels (aka.... Al-Qaeda, ISIS and ISIL) that all serve under the same black flag.
The man hasn't been dead for 24 hours and this comes out.

He got exactly what he deserved. He was stupid to be there in the first place, and his ultimate fate was due to his own actions, and also his arrogance.

Didn’t Foley understand they don’t want convert you? You are and will always be an infidel. You will die for Allah because that is the only thing they understand.

Foley was Catholic. The video of his first kidnapping shows him praying the rosary.
I definitely feel for them. I cannot imagine the horror they must be living, probably for the rest of their lives. Our leaders, who “never let a crisis go to waste”, if they were true Americans, would use this slaughter to galvanize the country against these monsters. Instead we get a weak tea response from the golf nut.
It does not take a brain doctor to figure that out.
His last statement was an anti-American statement just before he got his
head cut off.
Nick Berg is definitely one of the ones I remember. I know there was some speculation at the time of what his true motives were for being over there. I don’t know what the truth is. Was he just over there as a worker or was there more to it?
