I know there was a time in our culture where rapists were given the death sentence. Child molesters were unheard of, does not mean it did not happen but they really kept it underground. This was before Kinsey in 1948. Kinsey gutted our laws. This whole thing is sick.
I don't see homosexual rape as a conservative value.

Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time. Baretta
This guy was convicted of a despicable crime. Sucks for him that the consequences of being convicted included going to jail where....SHOCK.....bad things can happen. Basically....he should have thought of that before. It ain't a perfect system.
Yeah it is not hard labor anymore. Some prisons have more recreational opportunities than a small town. I am all for chain gangs and hard labor.
I think so too.
That said, prison inmates should be busting rock 10 hours a day instead of hanging out in rec rooms watching television all day or playing basketball out in the yard. If they did that, they'd be too bone tired to do harm to each other when they get back to their cellblocks for the night. Hell, they might actually want to get out of prison and be a law-abiding citizen.
Raped and beaten to death would have solved this problem.
I don't mind the guy being executed for his crime.
I don't approve or condone homosexual rape under any circumstances.

I also don't approve of child molestation....which this guy did.
Again....he CHOSE to commit the despicable crime and is now suffering at the horror of being at the "end" of someone else's crime. His choice. "you play your cards, and you takes your chances."
I wonder if *his* victim is suing him? Any outrage there?
No. Hang the guy who rapes kids. Hang the guy who raped the guy who raped kids. Fire the guard, supervisor and the warden because they failed in their duty.
Next case!
(Justice is swift and fair in my court.)
I advocate punishment that fits the crime.
bump
I'm ok with that, if it's the judgement of the court.
I'm not big on extrajudicial punishments, since I'm for the rule of law.

Not what I said at all.
As far as I can tell, or read, there are no mass beheadings in this country. Please correct me if I am wrong.
That is an act of war...not a result of incarceration.
Sooo...did the state fail to discharge it’s responsibilities?
Is the guy in prison? (or soon will be)
However, I also recognize that when people lose confidence in the official courts then they will turn to other methods for justice that do not involve the rule of law.
It is in the best interest of civilization that laws be few, judgment equable and swift and the punishment fit the crime.
We seem to be drifting quickly into a time when laws are many, judgment twisted and delayed and the punishment totally out of balance with the crime.
This is, IMHO, dangerous.
What you hold as law is not what others may hold as law.
Eye for an eye is quite just.
Small fine for an eye is not.
Life for an eye is not.
Old Testament Biblical. When I read it...it is pretty brutal.
Do we really want that?
I would hate to waste Jesus’s life in order to revert to OT times.
I think it’s happening fast enough as it is. It’s a jungle out there.
Yes, the ungodly cheer on the Sodomites; their inheritance is the same.
