FULL TITLE: Enraged female motorist 'bites' tow truck driver and smashes windows as her prized SUV is taken away for repossession
A female motorist has been accused of savagely biting a recovery man after he arrived at her home to tow away her vehicle for repossession.
Lakeisha Smith, 29, from Spartanburg, South Carolina, flew into a rage on Sunday evening when Scott Fowler came to pick up her prized Cadillac Escalade, with part of the event caught on camera.
Cell phone-filmed footage shows her trying to drive the luxury SUV off the tow truck before manically smashing in all of the windows with a tire iron.

You don’t know what you’re talking about. And I don’t need epithets to describe what you are. I bet you’re an EITCer, aren’t you.
That was what I was thinking.
I am really dismayed by the sub-60 I.Q. “adults” that we have to live around. And they can vote, too.
Is that along the same lines as the somewhat clumsy compliment -
Ya know, for a fat girl, you don't sweat much. :=)
Correct. Until a point. All she had to do is lock the doors and stay in the car. That tow truck guy would eventually had to unhook it.
reread what ya wrote....none of it is true....none of it
I just looked, out of curiosity, at what this vehicle goes for.
SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS.
Why in the wide wide world of sports is it even MORAL for someone living at the expense of people who work for a living doing with such a vehicle?
And what’s a sub-60 IQ person doing in an over 60k vehicle?
yikes,,,, what a sense of entitlement in the age of 0Zero. Pay your bills girl!!
what was a moron like this doing leasing or owning an Escalade in the first place?
Based on the grille and mirrors, it's a 2002 to 2006 model, those are trading in the low teens to low 20s these days. Nowhere near 60-thousand.
A successful repo is one where the owner is unaware of the recovery until after the fact.
I had agents who used to get the car “on the hook” and then door knock - ask for keys. I quit using them.
In fact - if I were the lender - I would be looking to the repo agency for the damages done to this vehicle after it was in their possession. It was on the hook, why didn’t the driver leave?
Basic fundamentals for repoing a car: Hook and leave. Drive 2 blocks away then hook up up chains and lights. The more time you spend on site - the riskier it becomes.
When you don’t legitimately work for or earn it it’s like all the other bills. So embody else pays. That’s why she destroyed it.
Once she got in the car, it was game over. He moves the truck and he opens the door for a list of serious offenses. Too many witnesses and a cop to boot, he'd be the one in cuffs.
And I agree, the excess damage is on his head. Once she got in the car he should have unhooked it and come back later.
I hit close to home, huh? You’re delusional if you think she pays taxes. You can deny and lash out but it changes nothing. Her after arrest interview tells you what she is.
“I didnt watch the video or even read the full article, but I do suspect the driver made plenty of mistakes that resulted in this altercation.”
He did. He should have repo-ed the SUV in the dead of night when her butt was passed out drunk or something.
Once its hooked its back in the banks hands. Its vandelism.
How the heck do you turn this into the repo guys fault?
Not quite. It's in the "Bank Agent's" hands. And he is responsible for the property and anything that happens while he is acting as that "agent".
She is the registered owner, how could she "vandalize" her own property?
Repos are tricky and the guys that do it need to be cunning. That can require some smarts, and unfortunately far too many repo guys are idiots. A few states send out a Marshall to do it.
