Juan Flores-Flores, 30, of Mexico had been deported at least three times prior to being sentenced to prison.
Juan Flores-Flores, of Mexico, was sentenced to two years and nine months in prison after he was found guilty of possessing an assault style shotgun as an undocumented immigrant, United States Attorney Walt Green with the Middle District of Louisiana said in a news release Thursday evening.
Flores' sentencing stems from a burglary investigation that occured Jan. 11 earlier this year

After that, deport this illegal alien invader. Seize any assets he may have.
How come Juan keeps coming here? Can he not hold a job in Mexico? Does he have a criminal record there? Seems these are fair questions for all of them.
Years ago a warrant like that would be useless because illegals always used false names. With the advent of computerized fingerprinting you have a really good chance of getting a match if they get picked up again. If they get picked up by CBP or ICE they will definitely have their prints put into the electronic system.
“When people like this finish their sentences, they need to be deported.”
Actually, they should be hanged.
deported three times?
Really?
We need a three strikes and your dead rule?
Build a penal colony in Australia? On the Moon?
We can’t afford to put all these guys in jail.
Here is the only solution I can think of:
Without proof of citizenship, or a green card you cannot access health care or education. No drivers license. No food stamps. No well-fare. It will be illegal to own or rent property.
That way they self deport and quit coming. I don’t know of a humane way of handling the problem other than that.
Deported by trebuchet?
Questions that Obama refuses to ask and frankly, doesn’t care what the answer is.
I like your answer best. And send the bill to Mexico for the costs of his incarceration and a “rental” fee for the trebuchet. let them know it’ll be getting additional use in the future for which they’ll also be billed.
What is an “assault-style” shotgun? Does it have a bayonet mount? Does it use less powerful shells and have a box magazine?
Maybe they mean it’s a modern shotgun as opposed to a 4- or 5-foot single shot gun from eons past. (like the two shotguns from Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels)
Probably a heat shield...
We don’t have to get money from Mexico for this. Seizure of property and assets will pay for it, plus we are going to charge $25 a turn for a chance to pull the lever on the trebuchet.
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. Outstanding movie.
