Successfully defending a criminal defendant is nothing for Clinton to be ashamed of, so long as her conduct was ethical.

If Republican politicians, even Republican females like Sarah Palin, can be lambasted (or in Sarah Palin's case completely and utterly savaged) in the media, the Hillary's past as a young attorney is COMPLETELY FAIR GAME. But, as we know, the media will protect Hillary from attack in 2016 like they did The Marxist Moslem Messiah in 2008.

I would think a “successful ‘defense’” of someone who is guilty requires a breach of ethics.

President George W Bush's forgotten DUI as a very young man seemed to be fair game. In fact, morphed him into a full blown alcoholic.

Romney was beat up for High School stuff, why not get on her for getting fired from the Watergate team and this young girl’s rape case. Pour it on, be careful about being perceived as a Bully like they turned it on Rick Lazio

Hillary’s entire past will come to haunt her if she decides to run for the office of POTUS...

she ran once and lost..she will lose a second run as well...and personally as a woman of 71...Hillary is too old for the work involved...she is lazy, physically and spoiled beyond means. Plus not as well liked as she seems to think she is...

this Nation and world is in terrible condition and it will take a powerful person to begin the clean up....and TED CRUZ has that ability...

REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER...VOTE TO FLIP THE SENATE.

Everything about the Democrats is off limits. The media would be outraged if you tried to "go there" -- no matter where "there" is.

In other news, Ted Cruz may have a cousin who returned a library book late back in the 70s. Obviously, Cruz is unfit for office.

The information should be put out there. It is not this writer’s call on whether or not it is relevant. That is up to the voters. He can say that it is not relevant to him, but the fact he writes for the WaPo establishes that.

I agree on Hillary not getting elected. However, she'll actually be 69 on election day in 2016, the same age that Ronald Reagan was elected in 1980. However, Hillary will be a much "older" 69 than Reagan, who actually managed to present a vigorous and youthful image during the 1980 campaign. Hillary will just be a washed-up old bag, spoiled by privilege and dogged by her record - which is not all that impressive at all.

I know many here will not like to hear it but if it looks like Hillary will be nominated, Mitt Romney will get into the race and if nominated, he will win. Mitt's camp knows that. So if we are going to put up a non-Romney candidate, it's time to get started now.

Hell, yes. She was fired because of "moral turpitude", and currupt actions...and refused any letter of recommendation. Clearly a window on character. Pansies, pinkos and putzes will disagree.

If Hillary Benghazi Clinton were a Republican, would her conduct as a young attorney fair game?

The information should be put out there. It is not this writer’s call on whether or not it is relevant.

That used to be the standard for journalists. Report the facts, and let the chips fall where they may. This helped keep Americans informed, and free.

But today every story must go through filters. Non-PC stories are buried. Stories that democrats look bad are buried.

Now that's an interesting prediction, to be sure. From what I saw in 2012, Mittens enjoyed running for president, but he didn't actually want to be president. So maybe I disagree with your very last prediction.

I still remember Mrs. Clinton’s shrinking violet act when mild-mannered Rick Lazio confronted her to sign a pledge not accept soft money in debate their 2000 debate for the US senate. Every since, Republicans are accused of waging a war on women. The Clintons will do it with this issue too and the clapping seal media will applaud.
