The George Fox campus only has single-sex dorms. Officials at the Christian school previously turned down Jayces request to live in an all-male dormitory. Last week, they chose not to hear an appeal.
The complaint, filed by attorney and transgender activist Paul Southwick, leaves Jayces current genitalia situation very ambiguous but takes pains to indicate that Jayce presents as a male and only goes by male pronouns such as he, his, him etc.

Disgruntled worker who is not a female or a male sues for $518,682 over PRONOUNS
My daughter received a 25k guaranteed 4 year scholarship to this college. We turned it down because we feared too many people would be attending the school that don’t really follow Christ. I have no regrets.
This kid was offered an on-campus single apartment but that wasn’t good enough.
Astonishing.
.
Liberalism IS a mental disorder.
I was gonna suggest a new dorm for “Trans/Bi” students only, but apparently (post 23), that wasn’t enough.
SHE ISNT A GUY!
Just because you grow facial hair, talk with a deep voice, and “act” like a guy does not make you a guy!
Science (you know, the thing the left pretends to believe in) will always show that your chromosomes are that of a female 1000000000000000000000000000000000000% of the time.
So you are a girl. Deal with it.
True but I wonder what’s to stop this from happening at any private Christian college really (or any college)? Liberty or wherever. I would think nothing is there to stop it.
I’m thinking it’s a Christian college and it Jayce should go by the term “expelled”.
The underlying Senate vote was 71-29 and you blame Nixon????
Maybe, just maybe, the Senate had enough votes to override a veto.
Waddya think???
State officials in New Mexico, Oregon and activist justices on the Supreme Court are wrongly ignoring Section 1 of the 14th Amendment. Section 1 prohibits the states from making laws which unreasonably abridge constitutionally enumerated freedoms. And since religious expression is an enumerated freedom and so-called gay rights are not enumerated, there is no question that the states in question and activist justices are deliberately wrong on this issue imo.
They're getting away with this crime, again, because parents are not making sure that their children are being taught the Constitution as the Founding States, and later constitutional lawmakers, had intended for the Constitution to be understood.
More specifically, regardless of today's pro-gay PC interpretations of the Equal Protections Clause of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment, please note the following. The Supreme Court had decided in Minor v. Happersett against Virginia Minor's argument that her citizenship automatically gave her the right to vote because the Equal Protections Clause meant that the fact that she was a woman was irrelevant. The Court argued that the 14th Amendment added no new rights to the Constitution, but only strenthened existing rights.
3. The right of suffrage was not necessarily one of the privileges or immunities of citizenship before the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment, and that amendment does not add to these privileges and immunities. It simply furnishes additional guaranty for the protection of such as the citizen already had (emphasis added). Minor v. Happersett, 1874.
So since women had no constitutionally enumerated right to vote before the 14th Amendment was ratified, they had no right to vote after it was ratified regardless of their sex and the Equal Protection Clause.
The same argument applies to gay "rights." Since such rights were not enumerated before 14A was ratified, the Equal Protections Clause did not automatically establish such rights after 14A was ratified.
In other words, the states are free to make laws which discriminate on the basis of anything not expressly protected by the Constitution, as long as such laws don't also abridge constitutionally enumerated rights. What the Equal Protections Clause does, imo, was to prohibit the states from singling out Irish Catholic men, for example, preventing them from voting.
Note that the states ultimately resolved Virginia Minor's argument concerning the Equal Protections Clause by ratifying the 19th Amendment to the Constitution which effectively gave women the right to vote.
Again, Christians have to get themselves up to speed on the Constitution and its history in order to protect themselves from worldly government "leaders," actually a much smaller challenge than studying the Holy Bible imo.
Jayce, you knew George Fox is a Christian College. You could have gone to other colleges that would accept your perverse lifestyle. You are a sick pervert.
After monopolizing staff for ‘hours’ of discussions, she was offered a separate room by herself and a personal liason to make her feel ‘comfortable’ on campus. She declined and would rather an entire boys’ dorm be made uncomfortable instead. I think the college has done quite enough to accommodate this child’s egocentric narcissism and it’s time for the psychiatric community to take over.
Looks like George Fox doesn’t want to play pretend with Jayce. Chromosomes don’t lie.
Has Jayce had an addadicktome yet?
It is tied to government funding, if a university takes funding from the government via the student, you will be subject to the government.
