The George Fox campus only has single-sex dorms. Officials at the Christian school previously turned down Jayce’s request to live in an all-male dormitory. Last week, they chose not to hear an appeal.
The complaint, filed by attorney and transgender activist Paul Southwick, leaves Jayce’s current genitalia situation very ambiguous but takes pains to indicate that “Jayce presents as a male and only goes by male pronouns such as he, his, him etc.”

If she "presented" as a kiwi and only went by neutral pronouns, that would not entitle her to a place in the salad bowl. Why should pretending to be male earn her a place in a male dormitory?

The 'educational benefits' do not extend to the dorm room. If it did, you could then rightly argue that same-sex dorms themselves are illegal, since they clearly segregate on the basis of gender.
Particularly at a private school which it is specifically targeting to ensure the "rights" of the deviants trump the rights of everyone else.

I think it’s way past time to push back against crazy people doing crazy things.
Our Constitution does NOT require normal people to participate in the fantasies of the mentally ill.
If some crazies are so out of touch with reality that they will not accept the “junk” they were born with, then they need to be separated from normal society before they hurt someone.
Not fair. That was written back when there were only two sexes, and, as I recall, they were recognizably different.
S/he needs to go to a college where this stuff doesn’t matter...like Berkley or Notre Dame.
