Michael Sam who is hoping to become the first openly gay player in NFL history made a good impression during his media press conference on Saturday. But on on the field Monday he couldn't do the same thing. Sam needed to show he has more athleticism, but the suddenly scrutinized Missouri defensive end struggled to do that.

In an ordinary draft he might not go at all
Hey, he just wants to be treated like and thought of as any other football player. /s
nicely played
Which is a story for the SEC defensive player of the year.
It is a choice to engage in homosexual relations, which is no more justifiable based upon the premise of "orientation" than engaging in any other sin is, as all are born with a orientation to sin.
But regardless of whether one is homosexual by nature or nurture, or both, they should be able to seek treatment for overcoming it without harassment.

One of the circus teams (Jets) will take him because winning is a distant second to headlines.
One of the desperate teams (Buffalo) will draft him just so someone, anyone, with a camera shows up at their training camp.
One of the do-gooder teams (Steelers) will pick him up to make a political statement.

He seems to be well qualified to lead cheers for the media team.
Probably nobody in the stands could hear a player say it. But lots of folks hear it, against their wishes, when used in rap music on the radio, in movies, on TV and over the PA system at football stadiums. When they ban it there with real penalties (say one week license suspensions) then the dirty glass jawed media can talk about football.
he will get picked up and dropped after pre-season probably
