I saw the woman interviewed on Fox. The cat had attacked her grandmother’s dog (I’m assuming it’s the little dog in the video). She had adopted the cat from some people who were going to have it put down. She said since she had the cat, it had bitten two other people. She was trying to shoo it away when it attacked her.

The bites got infected, she had to go to the ER. The cat had to be tested for rabies. The video was from a security camera the woman had set up. She was upset that the cat was destroyed, but happy it did not have rabies.
