Great poem, thanks. I wasn’t shocked because of the way the world is heading but yesterday , watching TV I actually saw an ad for Las Vegas that went something like this: It had pictures of gambling, drinking and girls girls girls and it said, “if Vegas is Sin City, then we are the capital building, MGM Grand”. Actually using “sin” to promote themselves. Lord save us from ourselves. FH

We may get some snow showers late tonight..I’d hate to be on the roads.
Our weekend was so beautiful..The roller coaster Texas weather continues..LOL

Talked to a couple of Texas cousins yesterday and they said you are still having freezing temps. Stay indoors and stay warm.

It was 70 yesterday..43 today. We may get enough sleet and light snow to freeze on bridges tonight and create havoc on the highways again..We will be a mild 25 tonight instead of in the teens as predicted earlier...
Back to the 70s Friday..

Yes, we're definitely having "roller coaster" weather, here in TX! The schools and businesses - in SE TX - are having a time trying to figure tomorrows weather out.

Making Chicken Tortilla Soup, for tomorrow. Good day to light a fire and read a good book.

As the youngest, I never got to listen to an unborn sibling’s heartbeat. That must be lovely.

I did not get to listen either..I was the youngest, too.
I know our roller coaster winter in Texas is mild compared to other states,,Glad I could send some warmth your way. I love that sweet scene.

.I just filled up the bird feeder and it feels much colder than 43..It’s windy.
I believe you all may get more precip than we north of you will.
I’m so thankful I don’t need to get out anytime soon.

It’s going to be -14° tonight and the high tomorrow will be 2°, and -11° will be tomorrow night’s low, but we’re okay.

Northeast Ohio.

But it’s going to be in the 20s and 30s next week.
It may snap cold again, but we’re pretty cozy here.

I know your home is well built for the weather so you are cozy inside. Here it is summer heat that we must fight!
We still grouse about our cold weather...mild though it may be in comparison.
