Ping. Good Sunday Morning!
A Blessed Sunday to you too, my FRiend! :-)
I’m all in.
What’s that black thing sticking out of his pack? Is that an antenna?
Yes.
Excellent photo. Thanks for the post. My heart breaks for what our nation’s best has to face every day. The current ROE are despicable and our government, once again, is needlessly sacrificing our warriors to appease the enemy.
Its an IED signal interruptor.
Another good question is what is the pagoda patch on his helmet?
Rakkasans!
God Bless our troops and bring them home now.
Show me the Screaming Eagle or it ain’t true.
Signed,
Double Eagle guy, Afghanistan 2002.
Rakkasans!
Great history
Thank you for posting these photos.
Put me on the Ping list, please.
Before I retired last year(evil contractor), I used to see a bunch of these guys just back from the combat zones as they were brought in for intel debriefings.
Shouldn’t they be wearing desert sand colored camo? I mean, I’m not an expert, but they seem to be in a sand-colored desert.
