Thank you, ML..I am hoping we don’t rain..80% chance..I am all set for this. I won’t venture out if it is icy .
My neighbor young man’s car(his baby) got rear ended this afternoon BEFORE the storm..He vacuums for me on Fridays..I was going to call and cancel tomorrow anyway as I did not want him out on the road.
He has whip lash..He was at an intersection I drive frequently. I hate it for him. He is probably more upset over the car damage than the pain.
Oh I am so sorry to hear that!
I will say a prayer for your friend.
Thank you, ML . He will appreciate your prayer. He is so nice.
Read: Psalm 103:1-11
When I entertained a large group in my home, I feared that the menu I planned wouldnt be enough to serve all the guests. I shouldnt have worried though. Several friends unexpectedly brought additional items and all of us were able to enjoy the surprise surplus. We had more than enough and were able to share out of the abundance.
We serve a God of abundance who is consistently more than enough. We can see Gods generous nature in the way He loves His children.
In Psalm 103, David lists the many benefits our Father bestows on us. Verse 4 says that He redeems our life from destruction and crowns us with lovingkindness and tender mercies.
The apostle Paul reminds us that God has blessed us with every spiritual blessing and is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Eph. 1:3; 3:20).
Because of His great love, we are called children of God (1 John 3:1), and His grace gives us sufficiency in all things that we may have an abundance for every good work (2 Cor. 9:8).
Gods love and grace, spilled over into our lives, enables us to share them with others. The God of power and provision is always the God of more than enough!

Ahhhhh .. thank you, Jaidyn.
Support our troops Christmas and everday.
AlGore is deeply saddened by your post, Amy.
Using the combined images of snow, endangered bird life, and Christian Images that pertain to Christmas (Holly Berries) and THEN including the legend that somehow this is a patriotic gesture, after emphasizing the deep freeze in your southerly location, is politically incorrect thinking of the most profound sort.
I hope you realize that and cease agitating against the settled science of Anthropogenic Globull Warming.
(This is a joke for those who don’t get it. I for one, will be wearing red for the troops today! LOL!)
(((((HUGS)))))

Ice storms terrible in much of north and weat Texas.
That isn’t snow in pictures..It’s ice and sleet.
Hmmm ... ice storms in north and west Texas! I’d better call my aunt. She will know who I am while I’m on the phone but she will not remember to tell my cousins that I called. She is my Dad’s sister. My mother has a BIL still living. He usually calls us every 6 weeks or so.
Our temps will probably get up to 45 today but will drop back to below freezing tonight. My California blood does not like this cold weather. :)
My Texas blood doesn’t like this cold weather either. We may get to 33 today..
I’ve decorated the house for Christmas..It brightens up the day!

Brrrrr! It’s cold up here too.
Wearing my RED t-shirt but it’s covered with warmer clothing.
May GOD continue to Bless Our Troops!
Beautiful! I can almost smell the trees. :) Thank you, MEG!
