Twenty three minutes into Episode 514, entitled Ozymandias after a Shelley poem, Breaking Bad made television history. Except that most fans didnt notice. They were instead ready to cry, scream, vomit, or hurl a waffle iron at the plasma TV, or some combination of the above.

FYI, it’s mind control, it’s evil. And to top it all off, it’s a cheeseball attempt at mind control. The sheeple are so stupid nowadays, a cheeseball attempt at mind control works quite well.
Making drug dealing “normal”, or “entertainment”, in the minds of the sheeple.
They made the hero figure a guy that most Americans can “connect” with.
It would be diffucult to make mind control any more obvious.
If you really hate the show, there’s a pretty good chance your mind is still functioning.
Did you know that Hell on Wheels is put on by the company that does Big Brother. It’s their effort to branch out.
*shudder*
You're off your meds again, aren't you?
I don’t like most reality shows. I am glad that they are branching out.
One of the things I like about the show is that it doesn’t treat Walt or that life style as heroic.
Still, you made me laugh!
Kuger!
What a pear shaped loser! LOL
You could say that about any art form, but without having seen it, your opinion is basically worthless. With high quality writing and seamless performances, this program goes beyond the television comfort zone and explores some pretty interesting relationships; if the word “genius” could ever be applied to TV, I’d say this is the place.
Yes, the phone call was such amazing writing. I was a bit slow in figuring out that Walt was giving Skyler an out with the police and not a mere spiteful dressing down, but it all made sense when he ended the call in tears. And I figured she understood what he was really doing when she asked him to return home.
Nah...its just typical freeper “how cool am I, I REFUSE to watch “it”...Kind of like the others that post “I don’t have TV, never seen it”...well, stay off the thread then, asshat.
I don’t like the holy rollers here, I stay away from the religion forum as much as possible, see how easy that is?
Huh? He did that already but was a rouse. Or are you putting me on?
;D
Say..is anybody else having to hit refresh repeatedly to get FR to load?
It’s pitching a fit, here.
hahah......you.get.it.
hahah......you.get.it.
Because it’s a very good show. I think it’s one of the best.
Just a little heads up. The first few episodes are a little slow, but it picks up, and when it does, you’re hooked.
No, no, it obviously is mind control devised by lizard people who write it around a giant owl statue. You can tell by the way all the bad decisions the characters make are rewarded by even more awesome harmless meth usage, and extended graphic sex scenes of utter depravity.
Truly insidious.
Freegards
Seriously?
IMO, it makes drugs even *more* horrible.
I had no idea the particulars of such things and frankly, I’m a bit freaked that this is going on, all the time, somewhere.
Walt is no hero or even an anti-hero.
He’s the guy you love to hate.
There’s not a character on there that I would say I “like”.
They’re all grievously flawed people.
[except for Holly, who has apparently returned from her stint on the back of milk cartons, everywhere]
