Congresswoman: “100% Chance of a Severe Geo-Magnetic Event Capable of Crippling Our Electric Grid”
SHTF Plan ^ | 9/3/13 | Mac Slavo

Posted on 09/03/2013 4:18:38 PM PDT by Kartographer

The fall-out from a grid-down scenario would be absolutely devastating, as noted by a spokesman for the Center for Security Policy who recently responded to the potential for EMP capable weapons being deployed over the United States:

And experts forecast if such an attack were a success, it effectively could throw the U.S. back into an age of agriculture.

“Within a year of that attack, nine out of 10 Americans would be dead, because we can’t support a population of the present size in urban centers and the like without electricity,” said Frank Gaffney, president of the Center for Security Policy.

It was so simple you would have thought that about 9-11.

I’d be less worried about you if I weighed under 300 lbs... ----------

Much as I love you and admire you, 300lbers are first on my list for rendering down for frying fat for the skinny victims, who will require dipping in some flour and egg wash after bathing in buttermilk.

You will be warmly remembered.

Read up on the Georgia Guidestones if you want to see something related that is very much on the creepy side. A lot of people think Ted Turner was behind this.

I think that you’ve got the take-home point of the day. Elites are being told about a major disruption coming, as witnessed by the Congresswoman’s statements.

“The Dems should be really scared of such an event. Cause the 10% that would be left and surviving well are highly likely to be preppers. And most preppers are really conservative.”

“A country boy can survive” comes to mind

The ultimate “RESET BUTTON”, don't you think?

Generator windings, tansformers and transmission lines won’t be bothered in an EMP. The digital electronics that control it all is the problem and that stuff is small and lite.

Had a saying in my rock climbing days....fear is your friend, it will keep you sharp and paying attention.

Use your fear to motivate you to prepare. Kartographer can help.

If you own a generator, keep it stored in a wooden box covered with metal foil or sheet metal on all 6 sides.

Look up “faraday cage”

It will protect anythign inside from EM pulse

I thought that I had heard that many of the transformers will fry. It would make sense for us to have at least a stockpile of 50% of our needed inventory so that we can manufacture more transformers.

Sounds like the Congresswoman got a little wake-up call in some of her classified Homeland Security meetings.

Maybe she figured out that the world has more important priorities than community activism over fast food hourly pay.

Maybe hearing what the real world is about...the danger...the evil...caused her to have a greater appreciation for a ready supply of her favorite toilet paper.

At least she had enough sense in that Commie brain of hers to become frightened.

The world is inexorably marching headlong toward self induced anialation. 20th century America represented the zenith of stability, prosperity, harmony, thanks entirely to a healthy respect for our Constitution and traditional Christian Family Values.

It is no coincidence, that as both our Constitution and Christianity have weakened...we come closer and closer to chaos and destruction.

So, it sounds like a major EMP attack WOULD set us back for years, even decades. We’d have to start almost from scratch - tools, wiring, parts on top of parts before we could even begin to make new generators. And, all the while survival, law and order would be, well, bad to say the least.

How many EMP’s would it take to knock out the entire USA do you think?
