You need your hearing checked. That or stop being so paranoid.

eh... The commercial I saw made it seem that the colonists were a bunch of metro-sexual fops. The Redcoats would have rolled them in short order if that was the case.
But fortunately it wasn't, and at Lexington and Concord the shot was fired that was heard around the world...

who wants to drive dinky italian cars? italians haven’t figured out how to make a decent mass-produced car. i would’look forward to thisas driving a mini cooper, any peugeot or a trabant. and i drove a mini cooper before they were sported up a bit.

If the Italians are coming, I hope they're riding Moto Guzzis.
(Hopefully full dress Eldorados from the early 70's - we need more of them around!)

I saw that ad about “this is better than the Tea Party” just once. But most of the Fiat ads end differently with no such reference.

For some reason… I just remembered,
My uncle had a '67 or '68 Camaro, and I could swear it had a 3 on the floor.

First time I saw it, they ended it with “better than the Tea Party.”
My antennae twitched immediately. Very strange thing to say at that point.

The Italians are coming? No difference than all the Syrians, and Mexican illegals coming. Everyone is welcome now. Come on over. Free phone, free health care, free everything. Come on in. Our tax payers will be happy to support all the lazies of the world. We love everyone. We want to support everyone. Homos, illegals, dimocrats, come on in.

I have a soft spot for these ads because they use “Children of the Revolution” by T-Rex as the theme music....
