Demarco Dent (pictured) is lucky to be alive after Iyana Mentor (pictured below), his lover of only three months, allegedly tried to run him down with her SUV three times, succeeding on the last try. Why would she try and run the man down, you may ask? Because he couldn’t spend time with her after getting off work, reports WSB-TV.
Mentor was arrested and is now facing charges of aggravated assault and hit-and-run.
The violent lover’s spat began when Dent asked Mentor to drop him off at a specified location in Clayton County, Ga. As the couple drove on a highway, Dent, who had just gotten off work, alleges that Mentor became angry when he told her he could not spend any time with her because he was tired. Dent then alleges that Mentor did not take his news too kindly and began behaving irrationally, spewing profanities and driving recklessly. boyfriendDent told authorities that he then asked Mentor to let him out of her vehicle. When he began walking along a road, Dent said that Mentor u-turned her Acura truck and tried to run him over. He managed to dodge the woman’s first two attempts and sought safety near a gas station where he thought he would be safe.
He was wrong!
Dent told police he suddenly heard Mentor’s SUV engine revving up and couldn’t believe his eyes when she charged towards him at full speed. Dent told WSB-TV, “I just see the lights just coming at me. She’s just driving at me full speed! Pow! (She) just hit me, man.”
After being struck by Mentor’s vehicle, Dent only remembers flipping up in the air and landing flat on the ground. He said had he not moved, Mentor would have finished off what she intended to do–which was to kill him, he believes.
According to Dent, he and Mentor were not even a couple; they had just been involved romantically, he claims.
Dent ended up sustaining injuries to his legs, arms and back and is walking with the aid of crutches. Mentor, in the meantime is in a Clayton County jail and has been denied bail.
I had a woman I was living with shout that at me one time. The next thing I knew she had a butcher knife in her hand. I had to do a lot of fast talking. She ended up in the pokey for a period of time.

see most guys have the bigger vehicle. gal drives a rav-4 or little corolla, guy has a ford f-150, they won’t take him on, vehicle to vehicle. instead they’re a little bitch coward and wait for him to be out of his vehicle and sucker-punch him.

This would only make sense if Iyana was DeMarco’s Mentor and Dented him with her Mazda Protégé.
Maybe he was a bad breaker-uper.
