It was indeed a HOT one today and the next few days in our neighborhood call for temps at 110 degrees.
One positive item though, we don’t have to fire up the pool heater.
I do have to clean the pool filters tomorrow.
Over the past few days my face has been leaking, some call it sweat.
Hope the temps don’t cause problems for you.
I read a warning yesterday to cut electrical use during these high temperatures. In our area, at 7pm the electricity rates lower than in the daytime hours.
I’m afraid to read the next electric company billing. AC has been running most of the day and early evening.

Looks like I missed you again tonight. Was so glad to read your comments on your health issues.
Take it easy during these hot weather daz.
Our next door neighbor has a plum tree in her back yard. Half the branches hang over our back yard fence. Those plums are delicious and it looks like a bumper crop this year.

Service And Witness
July 3, 2013
While serving as a maid in London, England, in the early part of the 20th century, Gladys Aylward had other dreams. Her goal was to be a missionary to China. Having been rejected by a Christian missionary organization as unqualified, Gladys decided to go there on her own. At the age of 28, she used her life savings to purchase a one-way ticket to Yangcheng, a remote village in China. There she established an inn for trade caravans where she shared Bible stories. Gladys served in other villages as well and became known as Ai-weh-deh, Chinese for virtuous one.
The apostle Paul also spread the gospel to distant regions of the world. He extended himself as a servant to meet the needs of others (2 Cor. 11:16-29). He wrote this about serving: We do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your bondservants for Jesus sake (4:5).
Not all of us are called to endure hardship to spread the gospel in distant lands. But each of us is responsible as a servant of God to share Christ with people in our sphere of influence. Its our privilege to help our neighbors, friends, and relatives. Ask God for openings to serve and to talk about Jesus who gave Himself for us.
My life is a painting created by God,
And as such Ive nothing to boast;
Reflecting the image of Christ to the world
Is what I desire the most. Sper
We serve God by sharing His Word with others.

Good Morning, Dave...
It has indeed been some miserable heat. We're supposed to cool down to around 102* today. I'll take any cooling I can get!
I know what you mean about the electricity bill. Somebody ALWAYS wants our money...right?
Stay cool and have a great Wednesday!

In this world we are surrounded by miracles,,,,,, many of which we fail to notice or take them as ‘ho hum’ events.
From a sperm and an egg a human being baby grows and is born to change, grow, and learn all of their life. Beautiful.
Cuts and injuries heal themselves. (miracle stuff). A butterfly arrives from a caterpillar, ( a miracle). We live in a world of awe and wonders and often we do not notice. Everything about our bodies are amazing. Very complex, many kinds of systems, we are to prize and care for and instead we mostly ignore our health other than vain appearance. Awesome world, universe, providing all we require. and we seem careless in destroying much of it.
As the Holy Bible says ... Luke 12:26, or Matthew 6:27 ... " who can by taking thought can add one hour to your life ...?" or "..."who add an cubit to their height?;" Instead we waste our time on entertainment, pride, selfishness, and other mindless endeavors. Me too. The TV is on much of the time and it does brain wash the audience around the world and we cooperate with it and seemingly fail to notice. Blogging and Iphone texting and connections mesmerizes all users.
God help us. We think it is the best use of our time, since it captures us.
SATAN is active and leading to the wrong destination.
Sorry I must be in a depressed state of mind today, but it seems true!

Great to see see you, DD.
I'm doing great but am still heading for bed early every night.
It seems the fruit is getting ripe a little early this year .... the HOT weather?
Hubby brought in some fruit a couple of days ago.
I had a White Heath peach and it was sooooo good.
Our plums are ripe also ... everything seems extra sweet this year.
Stay cool while you are having a WF Wednesday.

Good afternoon, Rus.
Thank you for helping us get started on the right foot today.
Only one more day of talking to only the pets.
Are you doing anything special tomorrow?
I'm planning a simple dinner .... ham, fresh fruit and potato salad.
I hate to use the oven so I will cook the ham early in the morning.
Wishing you a great WFW. Try to stay cool.
