The Boston Marathon bombing was used as an opportunity to stage a trial balloon.

Looks like it passed.

That said, most of these cops, for all their scary combat gear, were very obviously untrained, out of shape and scared for their own lives. Not very impressive.

I don’t agree with RT news, but certainly not with the Unofficiality of Martial Law in Boston and people allowing it. If they had come with an official warrant, it would have been discussed, but “nothing to see here” approach is disgusting. The dudes would have been caught. There was no further urgency needed. A response is needed during an invasion or when key industrial infrastructures are being destroyed. I don’t think a Marathon charity event qualifies here. Funny thing is the IRS attacks on churches and key infrastructures of speech are not seen as requiring martial law against the IRS or civil government, when it should be considered.

I’ve been waiting to hear what the police were doing during their “door-to-door” searches. Can someone who was there walk me through the procedure starting with them knocking on the door and finishing with them walking away from the home, satisfied that all was well at the residence?
