The issue of transgender athletes has been receiving increasing attention as gender reassignment surgery becomes more common. In California, controversy arose when a 6’8”, 50 year-old man played college basketball on a women’s team shortly after his sex-change surgery.

I would look into its college records. Supposedly according to NCAA rules a "student athlete" has just 6 years to complete 4 years of eligibility. If the 50-year-old pervert ever registered for so much as 1 semester 6 or more years ago, then it should lose all eligibility to play collegiate sports. If it lied on its college application, it should be expelled from its school.
