What is going on in Chicago this weekend? My daughter has decided to move there asap and wants to go look for an apartment this weekend and there are NO hotels anywhere! All I can figure is the Cubbies, Blackhawks and maybe even the Bulls if they win tonight are the reason! Hotels that are available are like $400-$700! That’s nuts! She may be postponing her trip! LOL

I think it will come down to who gets Angies votes. These are two very good singers who deliver differently.
For what its worth I think Kree is more like Angie in that it’s not all power
Based and therefore she will draw those fans/ votes.
Also country base will go more for Kree.
End result Kree wins... We shall see
Because she wants a job in the fashion industry and there is nothing here in our podunk town so she needs to go to the big city...obviously she wants to go to LA and/or NYC someday but for her first big move away from home Chicago isn’t that far and less intimidating since she has been there many times. (And sad to say, she is a liberal and voted for Obama...sigh...she’s only 23 so I’m hopeful she will come around at some point! I haven’t given up on her yet!)

Yeah I saw that...also the Cubs play Friday, Saturday and Sunday...so I figure it’s a combination of all the sports teams being in town at the same time...but wow-I’ve never seen prices like that when I’ve gone there before!
