At the Nokia Theater this week. 7000 people. Seacrest introduces Kree and Candice. He asks the crowd who's here for which singer. Kree gets the loudest applause.
Three songs apiece again tonight.
Round 1: Simon Fuller's Choice
Round 2: Coronation Song
Round 3: Favorite Song of The Season
Kree's first song is Sarah McLachlan's sad puppy song "Angel". A little shakey, but very good.
Seacrest: A little adrenaline running through you right now?
Kree: That would be an understatement.

Just read elsewhere that Candice tweeted yesterday that she co-wrote her coronation song. I’ve never heard anything about her having experience as a songwriter. Now I’m particularly interested to hear this song.

I missed Kree, but can honestly say I am Not lovin’ this selection from Candice.
I’m late, as I was painting. I actually made good timing considering. LOL.
It was okay. I was the Sarah McLachlan ASPCA song, “Angel”. I didn’t think either of their songs were very impressive.

Delicate and heartfelt. Just her with little backing.
Her Simon Fuller choice is Adele's "Chasing Pavements". I want Kree to win (nothing against Candice) but I have to admit Candice wins the first round. Perfect performance.

Candice leaves the stage and Seacrest asks Mariah and Randy for their review. Crap.
Mariah: Wow! Wow! Beyond! [reaching for my Louis L'Amour again ...] I was hoping the girls would be standing here. I'm so proud to be apart of this season. The talent is mind-boggling. Refreshing. Makes me proud of America to see the votes going this way.
Randy: I'm not sure either of these songs were the best choices, because they were a little sleepy. I gotta give the edge in round one to Candice. Heard the lower register in her voice.
Mariah: To be fair, Kree was very delicate, very subtle.
