So not only did I not care for this (and I hate the judges just for existing) — but “I don’t care” is the top of my spectrum.
I despise the rest of them even before they start singing!
Other than that I have no preconceptions...

I am going to call him Papa Francisco in honor of his (Latin) American background. Francis sounds too woosy-like for the job he has to do.
She sings Shirley Bassey's "I Who Have Nothing" peformed on Idol by Jordan Sparks. Wow. This sounds and looks like a professional performance. Excellent.
Unanimous standing-O by the judges--except for Mariah, who raises her arms in the air instead. The audience is on its feet.

Minaj: It would be in everyone's best interest to never ever do that song again. That song should be banned from Idol. You annihilated it. The best performance you have ever done.
